Delivery

Pre-Orders

Dispatch estimates will be in the product description. Any products in the same order as Pre Orders will be shipped together when ready, as you have paid one shipping charge. If you would like other items before the Pre Orders are ready, order them separately.

Delivery timings

UK: 2-5 working days. Orders are dispatched 2-3 times a week, 2nd class, or 1st Class and tracked is available too. If you require speedy delivery, email us!

* Macbook skins take the longest out of all our items, and will usually arrive within 2 weeks. These are bulk printed once a week, sent to our studio and then dispatched so will usually arrive separately.

Rest of the world: 5-14 working days. We ship "standard" worldwide. Please note that if you do not order with tracking, we cannot be held responsible for any lost items, nor replace them.

When to contact us if your order hasn't arrived

UK: 8 working days. 
Rest of the world: 14 working days.

Delivery costs

UK: Per product, delivery costs range from just £1 to £3.50. Additional products will increase the postage cost. If the checkout says there is no shipping available, you have ordered an amount that is too heavy for us to post to you. Please split your items up into two orders, or email us.

Europe: Per product, delivery costs range from £3 - £15. If the checkout says there is no shipping available, you have ordered an amount that is too heavy for us to post to you. Please split your items up into two orders, or email us.

Rest of the world: Our delivery costs range from £4 to £22.20. This may vary depending on the amount your order, so to check the price, simply follow through to the checkout page. If the checkout says there is no shipping available, you have ordered an amount that is too heavy for us to post to you. Please split your items up into two orders, or email us.

Damaged item

If an order arrives damaged, or you believe it is faulty in any way, please contact hello@sighh.co.uk as soon as possible with a clear photo of the issue so we can appropriately address it for you. If we are not contacted within 10 days of delivery, we will be unable to take responsibility for the damage, unless it is a print/production error.

Although we take care to package goods appropriately, accidents can happen during transit, and we will do our best to resolve any issues for you.
